We understand your concerns about privacy. All of our shipments are in plain boxes either brown cardboard or USPS priority mail boxes or plain envelope depending upon what you order. There is no reference to the Hideaway or anything to indicate the contents of the package.
We ship our orders utilizing FedEx, UPS and USPS. The cost for shipping varies based upon the size, weight and value of the item ordered. Any cost for shipping will be shown in your cart at checkout time.

All of our orders ship from our warehouse in Minneapolis, MN
Shipping Times and Speed
All in stock orders placed during our normal warehouse hours of operation (Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM Central Time) will be shipped via the next available carrier pickup at our facility. Orders placed outside of our normal hours of operation will ship on the following business day.
The Hideaway Online accepts returns on all unused products within 7 days of the delivery date. A full refund of the purchase price will be issued when the item has been returned and approved for restocking. Any shipping and handling fees that were charged on the order are non refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. The Hideaway Online will not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been used. Please inspect all items upon receipt and before using them, once they have been used they cannot be returned for any reason.
